  1. Information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry to this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. To enter, participants complete the 'Refer a Friend' form, accessible from our website homepage (www.thomson.edu.au). Contact details provided must be full and complete or the entry will not be valid.
  3. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees and immediate families of Cengage Education are not eligible to enter.
  4. To qualify, entries must be received one working day prior to each draw and no later than 5.00pm, March 31, 2007.
  5. The judge's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The competition commences January 4th, 2007 and closes March 31st, 2007.
  7. There will be one iPod shuffle (valued at $119 given away a month for 3 months. In total, 3 iPod shuffles will be won at a total prize value of $357.00 (inc GST).
