Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

The Cengage Education Terms and Conditions of Enrolment form part of the Student Agreement which serves as the contract between the student and Cengage Education. You are required to read, sign and return a copy of the Student Agreement.

For Vocational Education and Training (VET) students:

The Student Agreement is part of your Priority Enrolment Form. Once you have read the Terms and Conditions and signed the agreement, you must return the form to:

For Higher Education (HE) students:

The Student Agreement is part of your Acceptance of Offer Undergraduate Programs form or your Accredited Professional Development Course Enrolment Form. Once you have read the Terms and Conditions and signed the agreement, you must return the form to:
