Course Tuition Fees
Unit of Study
A single Undergraduate Course (degree) consists of 24 Units of Study (Units). An award that consists of two combined degrees has 33 Units.
The Equivalent Full Time Student Load (EFTSL) of a Unit at Cengage Education has a value of:
0.125 for Units in a single Undergraduate Program (e.g. Bachelor of Accounting).
0.121 for Units in a combined Undergraduate Program (e.g. Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Business).
Once admitted to a degree, students enrol in one or more Units (on a Term by Term basis). Each Unit must be paid for in full at the time of enrolment.
Unit Fee (domestic and overseas students) for the period 01 July 2009 to 30 June 2010:
For all Units in a Cengage Education degree: AU$995
Full Course fees# (domestic and overseas students) for the period 01 July 2009 to 30 June 2010:
Single degree: $23,880
Combined Degree: $32,835

No Additional Costs
There are no additional charges associated with Cengage Education degrees. The Unit fee includes all tuition, mentoring, library access, assessments and comprehensive study materials in digital format.
No additional institutional charges exist for assessments, facilities, student union or student services. Students only pay for Units in which they are currently enrolled.

#This amount assumes students have successfully passed all Units required for the degree. If a student fails a Unit or withdraws from a Unit after the census date, the Unit must be repeated (and paid for) prior to the award of the degree.
