Recognition is a standard within the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). Cengage Education must, as part of its RPL procedure:
- Recognise and accept Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications, and partial qualifications conferred by other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), and
- Recognise an individual's AQF qualification or partial qualification. Cengage Education is not required to re-issue a qualification awarded by other providers.
Cengage Education will provide up to 100% recognition of the qualification towards a Cengage Education course at the same or higher level of the AQF.
Recognition is an automatic process for students involved in the RPL process.
